I’m baaaaack!
It’s a new year but there’s still random behavior around that I just
don’t understand. Maybe you all can help me out. Here goes…
1. Ok really? Come on now… Somebody just sent me a pink pig… What
are these games on facebook? What the heck is farmville?
2. I wonder if I just made up a random text message abbreviation,
would people use it?
” XTPUF” “you don’t know what that means? You ain’t up on that new
text talk” lol
3. Ok, so I’m supposed to send this blog every Thursday, but I find
myself sending it every day but Thursday… Does that make me
triffling?…
4. OMG! Pretty Ricky is on 106 and Park right now with sequins, studs,
gold buttons, rhinestones, shoulder pads… The list goes on. They’re
hurting my eyes. I mean how much is too much?
5. And why in the world is Pretty Ricky still around? Are we serious?
Wow!
6. I know Jay Z said all black everything, I mean I heard it with my
own ears… Does he know that his white tee doesn’t count?
7. Rihanna and Matt Kemp? Really TMZ?… Wait… Who the heck is Matt
Kemp?
8. Wait!!! Stop the madness!!! Why did Pretty Ricky just announce that
they just did a song with Jodeci and HTown?HTown? Wow…Jodeci? I
don’t know whether to be excited or embarassed…smh
9. Why is the girl in the McDonalds commercial randomly playing the da
da da da da theme on the violin at the end of the commercial? I don’t
get it.
10. Two words… Gilbert Arenas… Smh. What more can I say? I’ll just
let John’s blog deal with that…

I had to apply to real jobs this weekend. The scariest part is that I’m quite smart, have two degrees, and may actually get a call back. Most people during this horrible economic crises, would give their right arm for a job. All I want to do is sing. But not just sing, but support myself, my family, and my dreams through this. I have a mantra that I say to myself every morning about where I see myself in life, and this “job” thing, is certainly not in it. I’ve always worked hard. I will continue to work hard. I’ve had full-time, real world jobs before. I guess this is just a small bump in the road for this girl who only dreams of music.

1. Ok Alicia Keys, we know that you are talented and you play the
piano. Does there have to be a grand piano in every video? Geez!
2. As I am watching the new season of Peoject Runway, I can’t help but
to ask myself; is it me or is Heidi Klum always pregnant?
3. Is Rush Limbaugh secretly the devil?
4. If so, then is Pat Robertson one of his minions?
( ok I know those last two questions were harsh but please check out
what they both have said about the earthquake in Haiti, and American
aid to Haiti… Smh)
5. Can you believe there are actually teenagers in the US that think
getting pregnant and having a baby would be fun? Wth!!
6. Ok so maybe I jumped the gun a bit on the Fantasia show. Did you
see her older brother completely tear up her poolhouse? Wow. What do
you think about that?
7. And while we are on reality tv, did you see Pep’s date on Lets Talk
About Pep? I know it sounds mean, but of you are wearing a S curl in
2010 then maybe you deserve to have your head set on fire. I’m just
saying… Smh yet again.
8. Did you know that there is a show on cartoon network’s adult swim
that is about a detective that happens to just be someones butt called
Assy McGee? I don’t know whether I’m lmbo or smh… Lol
9. Did anyone else watch Styled on MTV? I really liked that show.
Where’d it go? No notice no nothin!!!! Geez MTV wth!!!!
10. Are you sending up prayers for the people of Haiti? Let’s do all
we can people! Even if you are financially unable to do something
prayers are free. For those of us that can send something, let’s get
it in!!!!!!!
